If for any reason you are not happy with your bought item made through this website, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return and a refund. 

Art will only be accepted for return if contacted within 14 days of your date of purchase. Goods must be returned via a secure and insured service at your expense. 

I aim to despatch within one week.  

All orders are fully insured and sent at the risk of creation26. Once your order has been dispatched I will provide tracking details. 

Delivery for paintings are worked out seperately.  I will be in contact to make arrangements with you. 

You may be liable to pay local taxes and fees on imported works.  The country you are from will most likely have a customs office and/or website that can help you with the relevant information. Unfortunately I would not know what costs you might incur.
